Hör auf zu jammern, zähl die Sterne

Gott führte Abraham aus dem Zelt und sagte: 'Schau dir den Himmel an und versuche die Sterne zu zählen. Genauso werden deine Nachkommen sein - unzählbar.' Abraham und Sarah warteten 25 Jahre auf die Erfüllung dieser Verheißung. 25 Jahre zwischen Traum und Realität. Dieser Abstand kann frustrierend sein. Doch Gott sagt uns heute: Hör auf zu jammern, zähl die Sterne! Wenn Gott jedem der Milliarden Sterne einen Namen gegeben hat und keinen einzigen vergessen hat, wird er auch dich nicht vergessen. Die Bibel sagt in Psalm 8: 'Was ist schon der Mensch, dass du an ihn denkst? Und doch kümmerst du dich um ihn.' Du magst dich klein und unbedeutend fühlen in diesem riesigen Universum, aber Gott hält die ganze Welt in seinen Händen - und dich mittendrin. Nichts kann dich aus Gottes Hand reißen.
